Muscle Growth: It's Easy

Hi! Welcome!

Have you been wondering how to increase muscle mass?

Provided on this page is some information about how to increase muscle mass and what you can do!

So, how can you increase muscle mass?

  • Fuelling properly

  • Progressive overload

  • Hydrating properly

  • Get adequate sleep each night

  • Rest

  • Repeat

It is easier said than done, but, thinking long term, how bad do you want it? How much more will your life improve once you start implementing these things and looking after yourself properly?

Progressive Overload

If the demand on your muscles doesn’t increase, your body has no reason to adapt.

Progressive overload means:

  • Adding weight

  • Increasing reps

  • Increasing sets

  • Slowing tempo

  • Improving range of motion

Your body responds to stress. No progression = no growth.

A rowing machine, push-up board, or any strength equipment is only effective if you progressively challenge yourself over time.

Fueling Properly

You cannot build tissue without energy.

That means:

  • Eating enough calories

  • Eating enough protein

  • Eating carbohydrates to support training output

Protein powder is useful if you struggle to hit protein targets through food. It supports recovery - it doesn’t replace real meals.

Under-eating will stall progress. Every time!!

Hydration

Dehydration reduces performance, strength output, and recovery. If you’re not hydrated, it decreases you training at your full capacity.

Muscle is largely water. Hydration directly affects performance.

Rest

You don’t grow during training. You grow during recovery.

Sleep is non-negotiable.Rest days are not laziness - they’re part of the program.

Repeat

One good week doesn’t build muscle.Months of consistent training does.

No hacks. No shortcuts.Just structured training, proper fueling, hydration, and recovery — done repeatedly.
